Myth & Memory
“Spinner's Sun” Original painting
23 × 30 cm · 2026 · Unframed
From the ROOTS series
“Weaving light into destiny.”
Echoing the Slavic archetype of Mokosh, the Great Mother and goddess of spinning, this piece explores the connection between celestial light and earthly creation. Cloaked in patterned white vestments, the figure guides a delicate crimson thread across a landscape illuminated by a brilliant, textured sun. It represents the binding of destiny and the warmth of the fertile earth.
