Marwick

Northern Light

30 × 30 cm · 2026

Marwick captures the openness and shifting light of the Orkney landscape. Fields stretch towards the distant hill and the small silhouette of the tower, while soft washes of colour allow land and sky to almost dissolve into one another. The work reflects the particular sense of space found in Orkney — expansive, exposed and constantly shaped by weather and light.
